COMMUNICATION IS KEY

Once a relationship has been established between a realtor and a client, communication then becomes the key to building trust and then eventually delivering a successful transaction. By setting clear expectations and utilizing effective methods of communication, we can ensure that we are on the same page throughout the entire process.

So, communication works better when we establish these expectations early on. This includes explaining the steps or the process, providing regular updates, being transparent to each other about any challenges or obstacles that may arise, discussing timelines, budgets, and any specific needs or preferences that will arise. By having a conversation from the beginning, we can ensure that we are working towards your goals and avoid any misunderstandings down the line.

In terms of methods of communication, it is important that we establish what is the best form of communication so that I can be available to your needs. Some past clients have preferred phone calls, while others preferred emails or text messages. Once this has been established, we can be responsive in a timely manner to each other’s inquiries.

In conclusion, effective communication is key when it comes to building a successful relationship. By establishing clear expectations and utilizing effective communication methods, we can ensure that we are on the same page throughout the entire process.
